Payment Request

Purpose
Click the Start button to request payment for specific weeks after you have established a new claim for benefits. Another option to request payment is to file by calling Tele-Serv.
To file a new claim or restart an existing claim for unemployment benefits, click Apply for Benefits online or call a TWC Tele-Center.
What You Will Need
You will need the following information to complete your Payment Request:
• Social Security Number (first time only)
• Tele-Serv Personal Identification Number (PIN) (first time only)
• Earnings Information (if applicable)
• Work Search Contact Log

Language
